To ensure our customers can connect with us, our team are available from 8am – 8pm , 7 days a week. Working within an inbound contact centre, you will be answering calls and providing a level of exceptional service and proactive thinking on every call. The calls are varied, you could be assisting with anything from missing items, incorrect charges through to complaints.
To be successful you’ll have:
