2x Junior Recruitment Consultant | Entry Level Role in Citrus Group Pty Ltd at CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs

Due to increased growth we have an opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.  
 
The purpose of this role is to support 2 Senior Consultants within the Citrus Group team, with all admin functions as well as provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Phone screening & sourcing candidates
• Document formatting of resumes
• Reference Checking and other employment verification
• Database management 
• Provide all support as required

 To be successful in this role you must have:

• The ability to multi-task, and manage conflicting priorities
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to in a busy high pressure environment
• Ability to self manage, and work autonomously as well as within a team
• The ability to use your initiative and stay a step ahead
• Ability to take direction and learn new systems and processes
• High level confidentiality and compliance to process

Experience within the contact centre will be advantageous, as well as previous Admin Support experience however this is not essential.
