Scientific Officer/Technical Officer Haematology/Biochemistry at Private Advertiser

Medihealth Pathology is currently seeking an experienced  Scientific Officer or Technical Officer  – Core  Laboratory to join our friendly team located at our Penrith laboratory. 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this multi-faceted role will involve the accurate and efficient testing of specimens, quality assurance and instrumentation, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards and accreditation requirements as well as other duties as required.  

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

A Medical Laboratory Science degree or equivalent obtained from a recognised Australian institution

Experience in Biochemistry, Haematology  desirable 

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pathology laboratory. 

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments both verbally and written

High level of attention to detail

Willing to be part of a rotational roster
