The Bridge Incorporated (Inc) offers a variety of support services to individuals with disability, as well as people from disadvantaged backgrounds from various locations in Melbourne’s south-east.

The Bridge Employment is looking for their next team member to work in their Jobs Victoria Employment Services Program – Is this you?

Are you passionate about helping people find and keep a job? Are you goal oriented and enjoy meeting KPI targets? If you answered yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience with effective strategies for marketing and promoting people to employers
  • Demonstrated responsiveness and adaptability in liaising with job seekers and employers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, rapport building and negotiating skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve service outcomes
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, administration and organisational skills and flexibility with work priorities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the demographics of Melbourne’s South East and Mornington Peninsula Regions
  • A high level of confidence, energy and commitment in order to build and maintain relationships.
  • Initiative and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research regarding employment opportunities, training providers and community supports.
  • Sound skills in use of MS Office, Client Management Systems and other technical applications.


  • A Community Services or Employment Services Qualification
  • Demonstrated experience of caseload management practice and principles.
  • Local employment and labour market knowledge
  • Experience in working with people from CALD backgrounds
