This position provides an advisory and consultancy service to management and employees of the Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force) on equity, disharmony and workplace behaviours affecting health and safety including complaint and grievance management and related human resource (HR) matters. Assists in the development of strategies towards early intervention and complaints resolution, including attendance at conciliation conferences. Develops, coordinates, delivers and monitors information and resources on equity, inappropriate and unreasonable workplace behaviour and related HR matters.
