About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Business Partner to join us on our improvement journey.  With a shifting focus in residential care, we are keen to ensure that Calvary leads the way in building and maintaining quality and safety systems which enable us to deliver person-centred care, every time, every day. Major responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting the Home Managers and their teams with quality systems, improvement and feedback;
  • Providing authoritative advice to Home Managers on the Aged Care Quality Standards;
  • Providing educational support to the Managers and their teams;
  • Implementing and monitoring Organisational policies, procedures and quality systems;
  • Monitoring and achieving compliance with the expected requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislated requirements.

What you bring 

  • Exceptional  verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide face to face training sessions and also write detailed reports for both internal and external audiences;
  • Current registration with AHPRA as either an Enrolled or Registered Nurse;
  • A current valid driver’s license and have availability to travel;
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness;
  • Experience in residential care;
  • A thorough knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality systems;
  • An ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate;
  • Experience as an Assessor of Quality & Safety systems would be highly regarded.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination + Booster or exemption
