Victoria’s new public Correctional Centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility.

The role

The Training and Development Officer provides administrative support and expert advice in relation to training, assessment and development activities for staff. They will help to enable the entire prison workforce to have access to training and development programs best suited to their role.  

Your skills and experience  

You will have experience in the administration of training and assessment services and databases. This includes the ability to participate in the delivery of training and induction programs and support the evaluation and effectiveness of these programs.
