Jobs Statewide is in a period of growth across Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. We have been successful in gaining further employment services contracts and are looking to appoint part-time Customer Service Officers across our network of branches. These roles are a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set and gain experience in employment services.
Duties will include:
- Interviewing participants and assessing their skills for employment
- Preparing individualised, tailored job plans
- Referring participants to suitable employment focused activities
- Explaining services and obligations to participants
- Assisting participants establish an online Career Profile
You will receive:
- Fully paid industry training
- Monday to Friday work from 9.30am – 2.30pm

- Flexibility to work school hours
Successful candidates will have:
- Computer and administrative skills
- The ability to achieve targets
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Professional presentation and the ability to conduct face to face appointments.

Employment is subject to a current working with children check and police clearance.
Employment is on a casual part time basis for three months,.Employment may be made permanent and on-going for successful candidates.
