On behalf of our client, a boutique tech company based in Sydney’s Inner West, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis with strong potential for this role to go permanent.

The role is a full time position and will be for 3 months weeks whilst they recruit for the position permanently. The role is reporting to the HR Manager and you will be the go – to person for the team for the typical running of the company’s day to day.

This will suit someone who lives in the Inner West area, has great attention to detail and has previous administrative experience supporting a busy team.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering the phone in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling, coordinating and managing couriers, mail and send-outs.
  • Providing administrative support to the team when required.
  • Organising and preparing client meetings.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies.

 

Requirements: 

  • 1 – 2 years administrative experience.
  • Happy to support a team when and as required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, working with Google, Slack, Zoom and MS Office.
  • Organised and has the ability to multi task.
