How this position adds value to CBCity…

Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, you will lead a team of Talent Management specialists in delivering end to end talent acquisition activities. You will also be responsible in developing and implementing customer-centric initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility of CBCity’s employer brand in the talent attraction market to address current workforce gaps, align with our target profiles and meet future workforce requirements.

Having worked in a similar role, you will apply your experience in driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the talent acquisition strategy and provide guidance and direction to the organisation on best practice recruitment and workforce resourcing initiatives while ensuring recruitment policies and procedure are fit for purpose. In this position you will lead the development of an effective Employer Brand to promote the attraction of talent to the organisation.

What you will bring…

• Your experience in leading and developing your team to operate with agility.
• Experience with developing and implementing systems, services or programs related to sourcing, talent attraction and acquisition activities.
• Highly developed communication and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
• Experience with continuous improvement principles and proven success in reviewing strategies and processes to deliver efficiencies

Salary from $93,773 (Full Time) (Grade H, Step 1) + 10.5% super.
