About the Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Group Executive People and Development whilst supported by a capable People and Development Co-Ordinator, you will drive the delivery and implementation of people initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention and productivity.  With previous experience in generalist HR and talent acquisition activities, this role will have a particular focus on coaching and advising on all people issues, ensuring a prompt, fair and efficient outcome, and providing support with attracting and retaining the best talent, enhancing the employment brand and employee experience.  There will be opportunity to further develop and grow your skills in HR strategic planning, reward and recognition as well as various HR related projects. 
  
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have HR or Business related Qualifications and be looking to leverage your experience as an HRBP to step into a leadership role.  With exposure to the full HR remit and end to end employee lifecycle, you will be self-motivated, action orientated, love building relationships and have the ability to think creatively to achieve meaningful and impactful initiatives.  This is a fantastic opportunity to add value to this fast paced and commercial organisation and to develop your career with this small dynamic team.
