We’re seeking applications from Hospitality All-Rounders with experience in Housekeeping, Cleaning, Laundry and/or Food Services to join our team at Mareeba Aged Care Facility.
As a Hospitality Officer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out safe and efficient housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services with a focus on the needs and wellbeing of our residents!
You will be required to maintain high hygienic standards throughout the entire facility, including communal living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and equipment of our residents.
You’ll also assist with kitchen services and any other hospitality related responsibilities as instructed by your supervisor.
What you’ll need:
You’ll be an experienced hospitality worker – preferably within the aged care sector – and demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
- Evidence of your annual flu and COVID vaccinations
Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Blue Care, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion.
