Services include supported accommodation, employment and training, respite, intensive support for people with disability, and support for children & young people with a history of adversity.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Specialist to make a significant impact and contribution to the future growth and direction of our People and Culture services, supporting our national workforce.
The successful applicant can be based at our Victorian office in Sunshine, or at either of our Tasmanian offices in Hobart or Launceston.
Injury Management Specialist
Permanent, Full time. Approximate Salary 90K
The Injury Management Specialist will be an integral part of driving a culture of safety, through their timely and effective coordination of all injury management interventions, return to work processes and Workcover claim management. As part of the wider WHS team, this role will lead the provision of advice and support to employees and organisational leaders to ensure that all legislative and regulatory obligations are met.
As a key partner in safety, this person will build and maintain positive relationships with injured employees to prioritise their safe and timely return to work.
