 KTrans are a family owned and operated transport company seeking self-motivated, dynamic and positive team members, to join us in the role(s) ranging from Receptionist to Operational Administration Assistants.

YOU maybe a mobilisation clerk, a new job seeker, or someone who wants to try a different career path.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to;

Reception

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the boardroom
  • Responding to customer and work colleagues enquiries
  • Uniform inventory control
  • Ordering consumable items and working with the team to arrange and cater for internal functions
  • Assist with the completion of site based induction forms in accordance with site requirements ultising the relevant online portal systems
  • Assist supervisors in completion of Site Access forms for personnel and contractors
  • Ad hoc duties as general administrator for the operations team

OR

  • Duties as a general administrator for the operations team
  • Booking consignments and following up completed trips

We have full-time roles, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. The start date is immediate, but can be negotiated with the successful applicant. Full training will be provided through a traineeship in a relevant discipline.

  • Have excellent computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Active listening and great customer service skills are a must
  • Be willing to take on tasks to assist others within the workplace
