They are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable to join their team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a key part of a small accounting team. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Processing monthly timesheets for 3 payrolls, then submit to the payroll bureau
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum 4 years’ payroll experience as part of a broader accounts background. You will have an eye for detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and the maturity to work in what is a relatively autonomous role.
