About Big River Group

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our thriving and successful international company exists in our Revolution Wood Panels branch for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales administrator.


Your Role
Your role as the Sales Administrator will entail inputting inbound sales orders and assisting account managers with enquiries and orders over the phone. You will be liaising with your office manager, account managers and customers to address any customer needs, concerns and to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.


Being an integral part of the sales team, your role will require you to work with your teammates to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, accurately and communicate any changes with customers. We will provide onsite training for this role.


What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a sales position advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to meet last minute requests
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Proactive in managing customer expectations, queries and providing timely responses
  • Knowledge of the industry, including health and safety regulations
