ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience with contract negotiation in a related field.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- A good understanding of Australia’s migration system to student visas
- A Diploma level qualification or higher in a relevant discipline (eg. law, business, administration);
- Sound working knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn specialised software as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Arrange meetings with Education Institutions; connect with decision makers, and negotiate agency agreements for the provision of overseas students for enrolment;
– Prepare, implement and collate all service level contracts on behalf of Level Up Studies;
– Ensure that Level Up Studies has the correct systems in place to ensure contractual obligations are met;
– Advise the Team Leader Education Agent how to prepare the company for engagement with potential suppliers (education providers) and demand sources (prospective overseas students);
– Respond to inquiries from both educational institutions and potential student clients;
– Advise senior managers of any issues arising or decisions requiring action.
– Liaise with Registered Migration Agents and Education Agents to advise on the eligibility of prospects for student placements;
– Ensure all contract related documentation is properly saved and recorded on file management systems; and that relevant dates are observed;
– Prepare documentation for contract re-negotiation and review;
– Keep up to date with the changing requirements of the Education institutions, and inform Level Up Studies staff of the changes;
– Reporting and analysis of results, including marketing effectiveness, signup rate, breakdown of results by institution, country of origin of student, profit centre income and expenses;
– Provide guidance and assistance to other staff in relation to education contract execution;
– Participate in regular staff and team meetings to discuss progress.
– Work effectively within a small team, and participate actively to meet team objectives.
