Administration Assistant – Full Time

Prensa is a national risk management consultancy firm that services clients throughout Australia. We specialise in providing Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and Property Risk advice to government and industry sectors.

We are currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our team in our Lane Cove Office. 

This position will see you assisting the workflow of our Emergency Management Consultants as well as daily communication with numerous clients.

Main duties include:

  • Administrative tasks such as Quality Control, record management, and data entry;
  • Communication with internal stakeholders, inclusive of our Graphics and Finance Departments; 
  • Management of a small range of stock items; 
  • Assisting Director with Administrative tasks as required; 
  • Managing and maintaining electronic files both on a purpose-built system, as well as on local and interstate network drives, in accordance with our ISO9001 accreditation; 
  • Assisting with quoting and tendering for upcoming work and/or onboarding new clients; 
  • Performing some site work which will require working at Client sites autonomously (this will require traveling to client sites and working based off provided floor plans); 
  • Monthly client reporting and audits; 
  • Emergency Response Manual from creation through to approval; and
  • Provide end-to-end project management assistance as required. 

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:

  • An expert level of computer literacy (Word, Excel and Gmail);
  • The ability to demonstrate strong communication skills set and attention to detail, both verbal and written English; 
  • Preferably experience working in an office environment (but not essential); 
  • Australian Drivers Licence and access to a private vehicle; and
  • Permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand citizenship.
