Work in the the office supporting this busy retail outlet of quality home furnishings with onsite parking or easily accessible by public transport.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and greeting walk in customers (no selling involved)
- Data entry and responding to email enquiries
- Filing and following up orders
- Checking payments have been received
- General admin support to the team
You will need:
- Solid admin/customer service experience
- Flexible & willing attitude
- IT literacy – MS Office
- Some basis knowledge of Xero would be helpful, not essential
