About the Team
Our Strategy, Culture & Reputation team is responsible for strategic projects, policy and advocacy, as well as enterprise, network and supply chain strategy. These activities help to direct the company’s business growth, improving the company’s overall commercial performance. They also lead the People strategy responsible for cultivating a great employee experience and place to work. Our core value comes from how our teams collaborate and partner with the business to deliver our support services. Success in our roles is achieved by influencing and innovating as well as listening and responding to the needs of the operating business units.
About the Opportunity
Provide technical reward analysis on internal pay practices and external market trends. Support and contribute to the annual Performance and Reward cycle. Provide input to People teams and line managers on approved job evaluation and remuneration guidelines. Support and contribute to fair, equitable, defensible and sustainable reward practice.
- Maintaining regular reports, trackers, and databases.
- Assisting with compensation projects and special reports.
- Responsible for confidential and sensitive compensation and financial data.
- Maintenance of the position description and evaluations.
- Entering and tracking requested salary changes through the approval process.
- Summarising position analysis and evaluation of compensation information in a quarterly compensation reports.
About You
To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities or Business (or equivalent).
- High standards of data integrity related to data collation, interrogation and analysis.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience administering Job Families.
- Remuneration benchmarking, survey submissions and salary band development.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of best-practice, and fit for purpose processes and tools with respect to data collection, control, integration and reporting.
