Quest Academy is the hub of Learning & Development for our Network of Quest Apartment Hotels and our corporate team. It is a team of vibrant and enthusiastic learning professional’s, dedicated to delivering the tools and resources for career minded individuals to succeed in their roles and career aspirations.
An opportunity is now available for a dynamic, fun-loving individual to join the team in capacity of Learning & Development Co-ordinator.
The role: The role offers an opportunity in a diverse range of activities. It offers flexibility in hours, preferably between 30-40 hours. Whilst there will be dedicated time in the office required, we encourage a flexible hybrid working environment, allowing this role to be completed from home or wherever home may be for that day.
- Co-ordination with subject matter experts to keep existing online courses constantly up to date
- Administration of Learning Management System
- Co-ordination and administration of career development programmes for high potential employees and leaders
- Creation of video assets for inclusion in online courses
- Creation of marketing assets for internal promotion of Learning and Development opportunities
- Reporting and analysis of learning activities
- Research of external specialist training providers
The ideal candidate:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline/ Qualification in Learning or Human Resources related discipline (Desired)
- Excellent Writing Skills
- MS Office including intermediate excel
- Experience with design tool such as Canva
- Customer Service Experience (desired)
- Resilient and goal focussed attitude
