A full-time Administration Coordinator working with the operations administration team in a fast-paced and supportive environment. 

As an Administration Coordinator, you will be an integral part in ensuring our employees and customers experience a high level of customer service. As part of the operations administration team, you will also be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Producing customer and supplier billing invoices on a weekly and monthly basis using SAP
  • Managing end of month requirements for the business
  • Verify invoices from contractors and adjust system charges
  • Managing Client invoicing communication
  • Managing the credit process
  • Complete Weekly Timesheet Process
  • Generating purchase orders for vendors
  • Liaise and build relationships with our Internal and External Contractors
  • Entering new employees into internal systems.
  • Administrative, clerical, reception, and data entry services.

About You

  • Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams
  • High attention to detail
  • Work successfully in a high-pressure environment
  • Exposure to SAP or large payroll systems, Astute experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to changing environments and situations
  • Self-managed with strong time management skills to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and set objectives
  • Understanding of different awards and agreements
