This diverse role will see you working fulltime, gaining experience and mentoring, whilst being paid to achieve a nationally accredited Certificate 3 in Business Administration
  
In this role your day will include but not be limited to the following tasks
  • Meet & Greet visitors to the office
  • Manage office stationery, kitchen supplies
  • Filing, photocopying and ad hoc office duties
  • Office organisation
  • Petty Cash
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Sending reports and requesting information from relevant stakeholders
  • Full Time position
To be successful in this role, you will have
  • A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player
  • Have attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
