This Recruitment Consultant is the barometer of the network and needs to understand all the moving parts of the Recruitment Industry.

A typical week will include:
  • Lead negotiations to structure industry-leading and mutually beneficial economic terms
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director and Marketing team to draft compelling economic proposals for merchants during the sales process
  • Consistently improve current systems, processes, and control measures to ensure the success of each and every business in your state.
  • Sell merchants on the value of partnering with us through revenue share agreements

About you:
  • Experience Minimum 5- years relevant work experience
  • Agency proofed You’ve worked within or directly with a recruitment agency before, so you know what we’re like and you love it
  • Track record you’re looking forward to sharing some of your many glorious victories and new business conquests across a variety of verticals and challenges
  • Prospect whisperer you’re a master communicator, diplomat and negotiator. Importantly, you know what to say and when to say it to nurture leads from first touch to closing the deal
  • Commercially savvy your business acumen shines through in all that you do from managing your time to working on forecasts
  • Big brained so much more than a door opening role, you’ll be working proactively on ideas, planning and problem solving to help drive the overall success of the business
  • Broad minded we don’t work in silos and don’t expect you to either. You’ll embrace being part of brand and marketing and frankly, anything else that comes up – it all goes to driving successful outcomes
