We have an exciting opportunity for a safety and training co-ordinator to join our busy Safety, Training, and Technical TEAM which encompasses an Enterprise RTO.
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and implementing RTO and Safety compliance activities and auditing
  • Maintenance and national support of training and safety systems (ELMO & myohs)
  • Report collation, analysis and distribution
  • Design, develop and implement training and safety programs (eLearning advantageous)
  • Monitor and advise on potential funding opportunities
About you:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of RTO operations, ASQA compliance and national training package development
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with learning/safety management systems or similar
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or Work Health and Safety advantageous
