We are looking for a people-focused ICT Service and Support Concierge to join our ICT team. Their focus will be on providing a high quality of service to our customers – staff, students, parents – ensuring that all requests are responded to professionally and in accordance with agreed timelines.

This is a permanent, full-time position. This role will only be required for 4 weeks of the school holidays across the year so would be perfect for someone trying to balance work and family life or other commitments.

About this opportunity

This role will report to the Director of ICT, with your daily tasks being overseen by another member of the team.

You will be responsible for keeping the team organised, responding to and escalating IT tickets and providing basic hardware and software support to our customers. You will prioritise, resolve and escalate service desk requests effectively and efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

The successful candidate will be service-focused, be highly organised and have an interest and aptitude in IT. They will be an excellent communicator who is confident with Mac OS and Windows operating environments, Microsoft 365 and Google Suite, and have solid technical abilities across a broad range of technologies and applications. 

They will have had at least 2 years’ experience in providing support in a busy, service-oriented environment e.g. retail, hospitality or any role with a customer focus. Relevant technical experience and ICT qualifications are preferred but not essential.  

All applicants are required to have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance and have full current, unrestricted working rights for Australia.
