Plan B Recruitment is excited to partner with this global consulting firm on their journey to find a Melbourne-based Recruitment & Resourcing Advisor.  We are looking for a driven and practical individual who is keen to excel in this pivotal role within the organisation.
  
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a variety of internal recruitment campaigns, in both the public and private sectors.  This role will see you working closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation. Your ability to develop initiatives to improve the hiring capacity through effective sourcing, pipeline management and selection will be critical to your ongoing success in this role, as well as your ability to learn new and innovative roles that will be hired for.
  
On a day-to-day operational basis, the aspects you’ll be closely associated with are:  
  • Managing recruitment activities to attract candidates from traditional and non-traditional pools
  • Sourcing contractors both internally and externally for clients as well as core staff
  • Building solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies (when required)
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and infrastructure of recruitment
  • Maintain an overall view of resourcing capacity to assist with future planning

  • An Undergraduate degree (or higher)
