Club Manager – Coleambally Community Club at APG Workforce

APG is currently searching for an experienced Club Manager to join a Community Club within a small town in Coleambally located near Riverina New South Wales.

The role on offer is a full-time position with a 6-day work week with rotating hours on offer along with bonuses for the right person.
You will be supported by and reporting to General Managers/ Board of Directors assisting you with daily operations and financial aspect of the business.
  
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Ensuring high levels of communication are met with customers/clients- customers are satisfied
• Developing a collaborative relationship within the community and stakeholders
• Supporting/mentoring staff members in all aspects of the business/ all divisions
• Managing staff on a daily/weekly basis- ensuring all the companies’ policies and procedures in place are being met
• Overseeing the management of the Club-efficient running of the business
• Ensuring all compliance issues are being met

Essential Criteria:

• Previous Management experience (highly desirable)
• Business/Industry related qualifications/ food and beverage knowledge
• Previous industry related experience (5 years Minimum)
• Strong WHS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Extensive knowledge of hospitality/food and beverage industry
• Self-organized/ highly motivated individual
• Strong leadership skills
