The Role
- Conduct Site inductions for Baiada, Agency, and contracted staff
- To maintain accurate records, data collection and data entry of examples below but not limited to:
- Training
- Assessment
- Inductions
- Training matrix
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Legally entitled to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or permanent resident status)
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Your own reliable transport
- A willingness to work safely
- Live in the local area
- Reliable work history with two recent references
- Not have any birds, pigs or chickens at your place of residence
- Be physically fit
- Original Birth certificate and/or Passport
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccinations
