We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Perth team on a full-time or near full time (>25hrs) basis. 

About You:

Your approach to work requires a high level of attention to detail, with a willingness to learn, be helpful and supportive. You will need to be organised, proficient and accurate as well as naturally inquisitive, proactive, engaging, curious and always strive to be better. 

The Role:

The Operations Assistant will support the Australian office across various tasks and responsibilities ranging from the administration of day-to-day office operations to some high level BDM work that involves exploring new project opportunities and early client engagement.

The role requires you to work closely with our technical consultants to help prepare tenders and liaise with relevant industry leaders. The role will also act as a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO. 

Other tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the project pipeline utilising external business portals
  • Keeping company marketing collateral up to date
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers both domestically and internationally
  • Maintaining project files and documentation from initial quoting to project archiving
  • Leading employee and client engagement activities
  • General office administration duties

Skills Required:

  • Experienced user of Office 365 suite – SharePoint, Publisher, Word, Excel
  • A high level of customer service and communication skills at all levels of the business
  • Previous pre-sales / sales and client engagement strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and good time management skills

Skills Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in any of the following environments: architecture / interior design, consulting, construction management, professional services.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an office environment
