About the role:

Eagers Automotive (AHG) is looking for a highly motivated Administration Clerk with exceptional organisational skills to work at Subaru in Osborne Park.
  
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of the dealership administration activities such as Inventory Management, Debtors, Creditors, Basic Accounting.
  
  
This includes:
  • Licencing, Deal Costing, Gross Profit & Commission Calculations, Dept of Transport compliance
  • Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checking, Document Archiving
  • Raising Cheque & EFT Payments
  • Stocking Inventory New & Used – reconciliations
  • Vehicle Licensing
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Data Entry / Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations, Merchant Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Accounting team
  • Interacting with management teams
  • Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller
  
  
About you:
  
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you!
  
You will ideally possess:
  • Previous Dealership experience preferred
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to Pentana/ERA software would be advantageous
  • Accurate data entry, good computer skills
  • Intermediate excel knowledge
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn basic accounting
