With over 25 years’ experience our client is one of Australia’s largest unlisted property fund management firms with over $20 billion of funds under management through their investments in commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.
This exciting opportunity will see you providing high level executive support to a General Manager and the wider commercial services team. With a collaborative and flexible style, you will be highly motivated and carry out a variety of tasks, some of which will be of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high level support to the Group Executive & wider team
- Diary & email management and coordination of travel & expenses
- Prepare high level presentations, collate & coordinate periodic reports, board papers, agendas, minutes & other correspondence as required
- Diary & email management, liaising with internal & external clients to align diaries
- Coordinate across teams including with other EA’s in the organisation to coordinate meetings
- Coordinate induction requirements for new employees & any ongoing training requirements
- Coordinate industry related professional development events, workshops & conferences
- Manage confidential & sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion
As a proactive self-starter who is accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment you will enjoy supporting a high performing team. You will ideally possess previous experience in the property industry within a similar professional services environment. Knowledge of commercial and/or retail real estate practices would be highly desirable.
You will demonstrate the following:
- Highly defined written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Previous experience managing busy executives & schedules
- Confident in engaging with various stakeholders including senior management
- Advanced computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
- Works well autonomously as well as part of a small team
- Display high standard of confidentiality & diplomacy in dealing with sensitive & urgent matters
