About the Role

We are currently seeking a fun and experienced duo team to manage one of our newest Resorts, Living Gems Toowoomba. 

The administration position will involve managing all administrative tasks and duties required to operate the Resort, as well as being the first point of contact for our valued Home Owners. The landscape position will involve managing all aspects of gardening, maintenance and general upkeep of the Resort. 

Jobs, Tasks and Responsibilities – Administration

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as the following:

  • Managing the Resort Managers Office each day and performing administrative tasks including utility invoicing and Site Rent collection each month for the Home Owners residing in the community.
  • Being the first and main point of contact for Home Owners residing in the Resort, always offering assistance in a friendly, professional and understanding manner.
  • Assisting with the sale of established homes for sale within the Resort from time to time.
  • Any other administrative or resort operations-related tasks set by Head Office.

Jobs, Tasks and Responsibilities – Landscape

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as the following:

  • Managing the Resort’s gardens, common area facilities and other areas each day and performing administrative tasks including reading utility meters each month for the Home Owners residing in the community.
  • Being the first and main point of contact for Home Owners residing in the Resort, always offering assistance in a friendly, professional and understanding manner.
  • Any other resort operations-related tasks set by Head Office.

Skills and Experience

Whilst many aspects of this role can be taught via on the job training, collectively, the successful candidates will benefit if they have the following:

  • Experience with Newbook Accounting System as well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Experience in garden and lawn maintenance.
  • The ability to work autonomously or within a team setting.
  • Have a high attention to detail when conducting business-related tasks.
  • Display a positive and willing attitude to all work-related activities!

This is a full-time position commencing either immediately or as soon as the successful candidate team is able to start.
