MAYDAY are on the look out for an experienced office coordinator to join this varied role, working with a largely supportive and professional team as an Office Manager

Main responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner 
  • Directing inbound calls and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Organise board room and conference facilities where required, including ordering of catering and providing refreshments whilst maintaining the upkeep of the meeting rooms.
  • Ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the office, facilities and supplies
  • Assisting organising company events where required
  • Liaise and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain stock levels for all stationary office supplies

    The Ideal candidate will have :
  • Excellent communication style with the ability to communicate professionally with staff at all levels
  • Be reliable & punctual & proactive
  • Experience as an office manager / office coordination role
