In this role you will be managing the attraction and recruitment digital marketing campaigns for the Central Coast Local Health District, working in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager and other recruitment team members to deliver outstanding campaigns that exceed hiring managers’ objectives. You will be given the opportunity to come up with your own campaign concepts.  This is an opportunity to build in-depth, hands on skills in all sourcing channels for healthcare workers, locally, interstate and internationally, across all disciplines including medical, nursing and midwifery, allied health and non-clinical roles (including Work for NSW, Seek, Facebook, LinkedIn and more) and become a recruitment marketing specialist. You will work with hiring managers from all areas within the District, providing you with learning and development opportunities that can only be found within a large employer.
