About the Role

We are currently seeking some skilled Administration Specialists who have  outstanding organisational and multitasking skills to join our team in Perth CBD. 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Registering and monitoring incoming and outgoing documentation including leasing and sales documentation
  • Input and maintain CRM system
  • Preparing and finalising submissions, tenders, proposals and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word
  • Coordinating leases including the preparation of lease proposals
  • Coordination and management of property listings 
  • Typing and collating various detailed reports, proposals and presentations
  • Organisation of all campaign marketing material including print and web media
  • Facilitating and coordinating various meetings, presentations and conferences 
  • Coordinating and inputting data into relevant systems 
  • Managing contract administration 
  • Issuing and recovering invoices relating to property transactions 
  • Following up weekly debt reports and department arrears
  • Event management for department
  • Provide assistance and share knowledge with colleagues willingly and in a timely manner, including backfilling Admin or Office roles upon request of Head of Administrative Services or Administration Services Manager
These are full-time, permanent opportunities working Monday to Friday.

About You

The successful candidates will  have an eye for detail and a proven ability to multitask and prioritise. 

In addition that will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years in an Administration support role
  • The skill and ability to liaise with internal and external customers (including land lord and tenants) in a professional manner and build positive relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including the ability to prepare reports for external clients
  • Professionally presented 
  • Skill and ability to prioritise strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Real Estate industry and Adobe software would be highly regarded
