We have a fabulous opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our talented and friendly People & Culture Team.

About the Role

This pivotal role supports across all HR functions, from onboarding to recruitment to L&D. You will provide a high quality, seamless HR administrative service, and develop your HR career in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will encompass administration for:

  • New starter coordination and onboarding
  • Contracts and other employee documentation
  • Central HR inbox
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee records, data management and reporting
  • Compliance checks, including working with children checks, vaccination records and professional registration
  • Learning & development, including the learning management system
  • Work health and safety, including injury management and worker’s compensation
  • System maintenance and administration
  • Payroll support
  • HR projects

The role is 30 hours per week, worked over minimum of four days. Working hours are flexible within standard business hours.

About You

We are looking for a team player, who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and thrive on bringing everything together.

You must be computer literate and very proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.

Ideally, you will be qualified or studying human resources or a related discipline. HR administration or general administration experience is desired.
