About the Role
Barnardos is looking for a full-time permanent Learning & Development Coordinator based at Barnardos Head Office, Ultimo 2007

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Contributing to the development of a variety of blended learning solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Providing administrative support to maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and be the main point of contact for queries.
  • Producing regular Learning & Development reporting.
  • Coordinating and administering our suite of learning programs.
  • Maintaining and upkeeping of current training packages.
  • Undertaking research for content and continuous improvement in content delivery.
  • Providing ongoing support to employees in completing learning programs
About You
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will ideally have;
  • Tertiary qualification or at minimum current Cert IV Training and Assessment.
  • Foundational experience in Learning & Development, a training related role, Human Resources or Education.
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating training programs, and online learning platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in creating and running reports, in particular through Excel.
  • Ability to relate to people and their learning styles from a broad range of environments and to ensure that the learning experience is effective and engaging.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage one’s time effectively across multiple projects and role deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A personal love of learning and developing oneself and others.
  • Personal traits of compassion, care for others, a team spirit and an open and outward mindset.

Salary: $70,000 plus superannuation plus leave loading.  Packaging available to receive up to $15,860 of your salary tax free.
