The opportunity.
The Talent Acquisition team at Employsure have been instrumental in the growth and advancement of the business that has led the business to receive the Australian Growth Award for the last three years, which is partly based on headcount growth. We have also won HR team of the year along with Most Innovative HR team! 
You will be joining a highly organised, fast moving, dynamic team where above everything else, we recruit to our values and behaviours. A close knit and stable team, we understand our job categories deeply and deliver consistent results to the business. This role will encompass everything recruitment however will be primarily interviewing and recruiting candidates into the business. You will be joining an award winning team and will be a valuable contributor. This is a long term role that will see you deeply ingrained within the culture of the business and for the right person will lead to further and very achievable growth opportunities within the business.
Key accountabilities.
  • A wide selection of recruitment and selection activities across Australia and New Zealand for our core business functions
  • Maintaining a candidate pipeline in order to proactively recruit across  core business areas 
  • Creating a exceptional experience in every interaction with external candidates and internal stakeholders 
  • Sourcing through multiple channels in order to recruit and engage top talent 
  • Recruiting for an incredibly active, engaged and passionate workplace that believe in the difference we are making to our client base
The right person will have:
  • a real passion for creating world class candidate experience and recruit heavily based on values 
  • experience working with and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels and influencing/helping them to better understand market trends/candidates backgrounds
  • strong organisation and time management skills
