Your new role

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our People and Culture team. To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, you will need to have strong administration and customer service experience. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in human resources. This role reports into the Senior People & Culture Business Partner and will join our existing team of 4.  Ideal for an energetic person with a genuine passion for people. 

 

Key Activities:

  • Draft various correspondence including letters and employment contracts 
  • Maintain our HR systems 
  • Manage the P&C team inbox
  • Provide interpretation to managers and employees regarding policies, programs and practices 
  • Review monthly payroll in the agreed timeframe and ensure all payroll and HR records are maintained
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing administration support to the Recruitment team including candidate sourcing, selection support, psychometric testing, pre-employment checks, and initial onboarding
  • Assist with the annual salary review process
  • Complete regular HR Reporting
  • Manage WH & S requirements including workers compensation cases
  • Review our onboarding program to ensure it supports all new starters
  • Contribute ideas to employee wellness initiatives and the P&C intranet page
  • Perform other adhoc Human Resource related duties as required
