Epiroc has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join a motivated and fast-paced national HR team. The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of blue-collar recruitment activities across a number of operational sites throughout Western Australia, ensuring a consistent process and approach is applied.
Responsibilities include:
- End to end recruitment of a variety of blue collar roles;
- Strategic thinking on attracting and engaging future workforce;
- Ensuring reports are up to date;
- Drive new recruitment campagns;
- Liaising with labour hire companies
Experience required:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within the Resources Sector;
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and with internal stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across all organisational levels;
- Problem-solving and analytic skills;
- High level administration skills;
- Extensive experience in high-volume recruitment programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Experience in assessing and enhancing blue collar recruitment strategies; and
- Experience in the implementation of strategies that enhance sourcing of diverse candidates is highly regarded
