The Performance and Reward (P&R) team encompasses Group Performance & Reward, Group Reward Optimisation, Business Unit Remuneration, Group Reward Programs and Commonwealth Bank Group Super (the Group’s corporate superannuation fund). It aims to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people.
The Executive Remuneration team is part of the Group Performance & Reward team and is responsible for managing Non-Executive Director fees, remuneration arrangements for the CEO, Group Executives (GEs) and Executive General Managers (EGMs), People & Remuneration Committee papers and the Remuneration Report for the Group.
Do work that matters:
Your role will focus on supporting the Executive Remuneration team to be a market leader in executive remuneration practices including disclosures, remuneration strategy and policy and recognised thought leadership.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
4+ years’ experience in executive remuneration
Advanced consulting and advisory skills
Sound judgement and decision making
Advanced numerical and analytical skills
Creative, commercial approach to resolving issues and problem solving
Ability to deal with ambiguity
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Finance or a Business related field
