Category 5 Labour Management and CAT5 Rail is a locally owned and operated labour hire, plant and equipment business, specialising in Rail maintenance works, supplying trades, labour and maintenance personnel across various industries 

The role
We are seeking a strong administrator who has experience in the automotive / equipment industry. You would have experience in the below:
  • Invoice preparation and management, 
  • Data entry
  • Internal and external customer service queries
  • Support the business  with internal bookings and scheduling
  • Lodging insurance claims
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance items , pre starts, registrations , adherence to schedules
The candidate
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar administration role
  • A strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and adapt to changes in daily schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • A current WA driving licence and a good driving record is required at all times
