As this is a niche industry, our client is excited to train the successful candidate to be the best Customer/Client Service Consultant that they can be in their diverse & passionate team in Sydney CBD. 

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include;
  • Taking inbound calls in relation to invoices, delivery updates or general customer service queries
  • Providing excellent customer service all day, every day
  • Data entry/administration 
  • Managing a busy inbox

What does it take to be a successful applicant: Good communication skills, a passion and desire to learn, a team player attitude and most importantly a pleasant and positive attitude!  
  • Previous experience within a call centre is highly regarded
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with a team player mentality 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
