The Opportunity:

Resolutions Consultants are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer to existing clientele. Your day will be varied! You will deal with complex customer service calls that can vary in length, resolving issues such as financial hardships, debt, natural disasters, billing issues & much more!

About you: 
  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service role minimum
  • Experience working towards KPIs & in a structured environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
