Field Sales Representative
Location: Hobart
We are looking for a staff member who can represent our business over the phone as well as face to face interaction with our customers.
We are an Australian owned and operated consumer lease business, who provides household appliances and electrical goods.
The role requires a dynamic and results driven individual who needs to be organised, flexible and open minded. This staff member should have driving experience and can work independently and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. This person should be a team player which is a key factor.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working within the team, this role is responsible for signing agreements, delivering products, managing repairs, and collecting overdue payments. The successful candidate needs to treat our clients with respect and sincerity whilst communicating with them.
Your day will be varied and diverse, that requires plenty of people interaction and some administration.
Primary tasks include (list not exhaustive):
- Collecting specified documentation and uploading it via a tablet or laptop.
- Complete contracts over the phone and online signing.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from customers.
- Collecting payments.
- Manage daily work volumes within agreed KPI’s.
- Communicate with other members of the team both in the office and in the field.
- Build positive relationships with customers via distributing free marketing bags.
- Contribute productively to the team to create a positive work environment
- Advise customers in a timely manner of any changes to product delivery details and/or customer servicing arrangements.
- Occasionally purchasing products.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from customers.
