ACCOUNTS/ COLLECTIONS OFFICER
Our company is a leading distributor of fashion fabrics to the garment manufacturing industry. We have an opportunity for an Accounts/ Collections Officer to join our friendly team. Our customers vary in both size and structure and therefore require a flexible and personalized approach to the management of their accounts. Your main will include credit authorization, collections, receipt allocation, account reconciliation, customer maintenance and assisting the accounts department.
Your communication skills should be above average and in a professional manner. As an Accounts/ Collections Officer you will have a positive and enthusiastic telephone manner as well as an ability to negotiate and resolve client queries and disputes. The person we are looking for will be able to develop an appropriate relationship with each of our customers to enable efficient maintenance of their accounts and effective collection. This is a permanent/ part time position with an immediate start.
