Your new role

As a Recruitment consultant you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to:
  • Working with established clients to assist in Screening, onboarding and placing Personal care assistants, Registered Nurses, Enrolled nurses and more 
  • Client & stakeholder management
  • Management of employee roster’s
  • Ensure staff files/documents are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor/Manage employee compliance and Training 
  • Other General administration duties
What you’ll need to succeed
  
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have previous Agency experience in a healthcare capacity is ideal.
  
Key Selection Criteria  
  • Relevant Recruitment experience in Disability & Aged care  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from various backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent time management
  • A high level of computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Packages
Desirable
  • Qualification in HR and/or Healthcare 
  • Knowledge of NDIS and/or Aged Care
  • Willing to commit to Full time work (hybrid work model is available)
  • Experience using industry leading Recruitment software systems & ATS’s
