About the Company
We manufacture and supply quality kitchens and cabinetry for both builders and the retail consumer market and due to growth are looking for an additional team member in our Accounts Department.
Working within a small team, you will manage general Accounts tasks and provide support to the Accounts Manager.
This role is advertised as a full-time position however part-time hours will be considered for the appropriate candidate (25-30 hours per week).
Your role would include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Support
- Processing staff expenses
- General data entry and co-ordination of jobs
- Relief reception and office duties
The successful applicant will ideally have the following:
- Experience in a similar Accounts role
- Previous experience with Xero Accounting Software
- Strong Excel skills
- Some experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with QBCC
- Good time management and ability to handle competing priorities
- High level attention to detail/accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
