Qualifications & experience


  • A strong attention to detail
  • 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator working on construction and building supply companies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working in an account / relationship / project management role is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills
  • A degree of accounting or previous experience (advantageous)


Tasks & responsibilities


  • Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their jobs.
  • Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Dimension Stone and customer to ensure feedback and resolution.
  • Creating workflow, completing tasks as they arise
  • Confirm with Sales that order is complete and hand over jobs to production.
  • Coordinate and schedule site measure and installation.
  • Responsible to review, approve and enter invoices and bills in to the accounting system.
